Account details (name, email, phone), profile information (summary, location, picture, availability), resume and career data (experience, education, skills, preferences), demographic information (gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status from optional EEO survey), company information, and messages or communications on our platform.
Usage information (pages visited, clicks, searches), device information (IP address, browser, OS), authentication data (login activity), and platform activity (match interactions, application status).
Active accounts retain profile and activity data indefinitely. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 1-2 years for compliance and fraud prevention.
When you go live on Signal, verified employers can view your name, location, skills, work preferences, resume, and insights. You can pause your profile, block specific employers, or remove yourself from the pool at any time.
Your company name, logo, requisitions, and hiring activity are visible to candidates. Your team members access candidate data to support hiring.
We work with third-party providers for authentication, email delivery, payment processing, AI-powered data analysis, and file storage. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as necessary to provide services.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect legal rights, safety, or the rights of others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

We use AI to extract information from resumes, generate candidate insights, and rank opportunities. These tools help with matching but do not make final hiring decisions — humans at employers make those choices.
